From the OW cast, some folks who might have some good meme/PSL fodder with Lifeweaver:

Symmetra - Keen on exploring their friendship, especially given their wildly different personalities and upbringing. Either a present-day reunion or back at the academy. (Shippy isn't off the table--one-sided or mutual. Maybe they even try it and it's a disaster.)
Other science types: Mercy, Moira, Mei, Winston, Sigma, etc. to compare notes, discuss their respective fields, ethics ...
Talon folks - Either for weaponized biolight, or due to Sanjay Korpal's ties with the organization.
Mercenaries/bounty hunters - He's got a sizable price on his head! But is it worth putting up with a cheerful chatterbox?
Omnics - Is there some secret connection between biolight and the Iris? Who knows?
Lucio - Plenty to commiserate about vis-a-vis Vishkar.
Baptiste - Two dudes on the run from scary/evil organizations! Platonic or flirty/shippy.
Sojourn - Get around to some glass-blowing? Their in-game interactions are cute. Hardened soldier and naively optimistic scientist is a fun dynamic.
But happy to shoot the shit with anyone!

Shippy stuff:

Pretty open here. Anyone 21+. He could be great for pulling ordinarily reserved characters out of their shells.
Not averse to smut, but prefer to build to it. Not into porn without plot.

Cross-Canon:

Haven't put a ton of thought here yet, but other science types, activists, artists could have a lot in common with him.
He has a sizable bounty on his head, so hit me with your bounty hunters!
Happy to mash up similar settings (near-future sci fi). Cowboy Bebop (♡), maybe Mass Effect (rustier on this canon) ... ? If a setting seems like fun, I'll do my best to research where I'm canonblind.
